Is there a coronavirus (Covid-19) in the Florida Keys or Key West?

The world has gone CRAZY! But not the Florida Keys!

As of Saturday, March 14th, 2020 there are no confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Florida Keys or in Key West. And there are no advisories discouraging travel.

Cruiselines made a decision to suspend all cruises for 30 days, but you still can come to Key West by car, plane or Key West Express. The island is full of people, alcohol and toilet paper:)

Traveling to Key West is safe, however, you still should follow some of the basic hygiene rules -  wash your hands as often as possible, rinse your mouth with rum as often as possible, and don’t cough or sneeze on people around you. Simple as that:)

We hope you will make the right decision and will come to enjoy our beautiful island!

UPDATE!!!

As of 6 pm on Sunday, March 22, 2020, Florida Keys are closed for tourism for 14 days or until further notice!

Please, stay healthy and come visit us when it's safe:)
